Know where every site stands — every morning.

Foremen log daily progress, photos and crew size from their phone. Rules of credit turn it into an objective % complete, and variance alerts tell project managers what's slipping while there's still time to fix it.

The problem

Most sites find out they're behind too late

Progress tracking still runs on spreadsheets, chat photos and weekly meetings. By the time a delay is visible, it's already expensive.

Spreadsheets nobody trusts

Percent complete is a gut feel typed in on Friday. Every PM estimates differently, so the numbers can't be compared.

Photos lost in group chats

The evidence is in someone's WhatsApp, with no date, location or activity attached. Good luck finding it in a dispute.

Slippage found weeks late

Delays surface at the weekly meeting, one to two weeks after they started — when recovery is slow and expensive.

How it works

Set up once. Log daily. Report instantly.

  1. 1

    Set up the project once

Add buildings, zones and activities with planned dates. Split each activity into weighted steps — the rules of credit your team already uses.

  2. 2

    Log progress every day

On site, the foreman opens the activity, enters % or quantity for each step, snaps a photo and records crew size. About two minutes.

  3. 3

    Act on the report

Dashboards show % complete against plan, alerts flag what's behind, and a read-only link keeps the owner up to date without another meeting.

Features

Everything between the site and the schedule

One place for the daily record — structured enough for the PM, quick enough for the foreman.

Rules of credit

Weighted steps per activity give an objective % complete, not a guess.

Fast mobile logging

Big tap targets, camera capture and today's date by default — built for gloves and sunlight.

Photo evidence

Every photo is tied to an activity, a step and a date, so you can find it later.

Manpower tracking

Daily crew counts and how many more workers you need to finish on time.

Variance alerts

Activities behind plan by more than your threshold are flagged in red.

Trends and dashboards

Planned vs actual curves, working rates and forecast finish dates per activity.

Read-only share links

Give owners and PMCs a live report — no account, no login, nothing to edit.

Print-ready reports

Turn any project dashboard into a clean PDF for the weekly meeting.

Objective progress

% complete you can defend

Break each activity into the steps your estimators already weight. The foreman reports each step; the system does the math. Two PMs looking at the same work get the same number.

  • Log by percent or by quantity (ft, m³, each)
  • Weights roll up into the activity's % complete
  • Every number is traceable to a dated entry and a person

Early warning

See slippage the next morning

Each activity is compared against a straight-line plan between its start and finish dates. Fall behind by more than your threshold and it turns red — with the crew size needed to recover.

  • Set your own deviation threshold per project
  • Forecast finish date from the current working rate
  • Know how many more workers it takes to catch up

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does it take a foreman to log a day?

The logging screen is designed for about two minutes per day: open the activity, enter a number per step, take a photo, record crew size, save. Today's date is filled in automatically.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in the phone's browser and works on Android and iPhone. Add it to the home screen for one-tap access.

What are rules of credit?

A standard way to measure progress: each activity is split into steps with weights that add up to 100%. Completing a step earns its share, so % complete is calculated rather than guessed.

Can our client see progress without an account?

Yes. Admins can create a read-only share link for a project. Anyone with the link sees the live report but can't change anything.

Who can see our data?

Only people in your company. Every project belongs to one company, and every request is checked against your membership and role on the server.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. If we introduce paid plans, existing customers will get advance notice and time to decide.
